Lauren Decker is a Co-Founder of The Co-Co. Prior to joining this start-up team, Lauren led marketing and communications initiatives in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. She is committed to connecting people and building momentum for mission-driven brands.
A graduate of Georgetown University, Lauren started her career in marketing roles at Atlantic Media Company, Time Inc., and Kraft Foods. After earning her MBA from Columbia Business School, Lauren transitioned to the philanthropic sector serving as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Cristo Rey in East Harlem and then Head of Community Investment for Barclays' Americas region. Lauren joined the founding team of The Co-Co while building a new network local to NJ as an independent non-profit consultant. She serves as a Board Member for Summit Downtown Inc. and an Advisory Board member for EcoSpaces Education in Newark. She lives in Summit with her husband and two children.

Missy Narula is the Founder and CEO of Exhale Parent and Founder of the newly launched Diapertainment. Missy launched Exhale Parent during her third maternity leave to help others learn from her experiences and to create a place for all the legal and financial information new parents need. Missy recently launched Diapertainment October 2020 which makes diaper changing less painful. Prior to these ventures, Missy spent 8+ years at TPG Capital, initially serving as Chief of Staff to the Head of the Global Ops Group. Fred Johnson is the President & CFO of Team Select Home Care which is focused on shining a spotlight on the high-risk population of medically fragile children and their families. Fred has over 20+ years of global Fortune 500 experience across multiple industries, specializing in Finance, Strategy, Operations, Data Analytics, and substantial M&A exposure. Formerly, Lauren was a University Recruiter for Hulu focused on hiring, employer branding, and program management. Lauren has a Bachelors in Education from the University of Oregon and a Masters in Communication Management from the University of Southern California where she wrote her thesis on millennials and career resources.
